Malenkyi Kukhar TM expands its range of tomato products and introduces a new product —Passata. It is a 100% natural product made from fresh tomatoes processed in-house according to classical Italian standards for daily and professional use.
Passata is made from peeled, deseeded and puréed tomatoes with a natural, slightly “loose” texture. Unlike regular tomato puree, Passata undergoes a stage of fine filtration, which provides a clean taste and smooth consistency, making it ready for use with no additional handling.
Passata has a “live” consistency similar to freshly grated tomatoes and is a versatile base for pasta, pizza, sauces, soups, and stews.

Passata production is based on the technology of rapid heating of crushed tomatoes, which allows preserving the rich red colour, natural pectin, aroma and flavour of ripe tomatoes.
“Passata is the elite of the tomato group. We were the first in Ukraine to create a product that meets Italian quality standards, but made from Ukrainian tomatoes processed in-house. Passata is available in two convenient sizes for various consumer needs:
210 grams — aseptic cardboard TBA packaging, which provides reliable protection without the need to add preservatives and meets modern environmental standards. The 210-gram package is optimal for cooking 2–3 dishes without any leftovers, which is particularly convenient for daily use.
300 grams — a glass twist-off jar with a lid, a practical format for family use or cooking dishes for several servings. Glass packaging allows storage in the refrigerator after being opened and is fully recyclable.
